400+ CA jobs cut again. What's the severance looking like?

Just saw the news about another 400+ layoffs at Cisco, this time heavily focused in California. It's starting to feel like a regular occurrence, and honestly, it's getting harder to stomach. The previous rounds always had some talk about severance packages – was it two weeks per year of service? A flat amount? Anyone affected by this latest round or previous ones know what the current deal is? Trying to figure out what to expect if, heaven forbid, it happens again. It's tough enough to lose your job, but not knowing what kind of support you'll get makes it even worse. Any info appreciated.
