Anyone else feel blindsided by this latest Cisco layoff wave in CA?

Just saw the news about another 400+ folks let go, apparently concentrated in California. It's hard not to feel that pang of 'is it me next?' when this keeps happening. Especially given the reports about record revenue, it just doesn't compute. Feels like departments are being hollowed out without clear communication. Was there any warning for those affected? Were there specific orgs or teams that seemed to be more targeted this time around? Trying to make sense of the strategy here, but it's tough when you're on the outside looking in and seeing the numbers climb. Anyone have any insights into what’s driving these cuts beyond the usual 'restructuring' buzzword?
