California Focus for Layoffs - Specific Org Cuts?

Another 400+ laid off, and again, it seems concentrated in California. This isn't the first wave, and the news specifically mentions CA locations. Has anyone heard which specific departments or orgs within Cisco's CA footprint were hit the hardest this time? We've seen general news about layoffs, but the persistent focus on California is interesting. Is it a cost-saving measure targeting the high cost of living/salaries there, or are certain product lines/teams based there being de-prioritized? Trying to get a clearer picture of the scope.
