Is the August 29th round actually finalized or is there more coming?

I’ve been scouring the internal directories and it looks like the carnage from the 29th is mostly done, but the uncertainty is killing me. My manager is acting like everything is business as usual, but half the team is already looking at their badges wondering if they’ll work tomorrow. I’ve seen some folks from the networking side mention they got the invite, but the silence from leadership on the 'why' is what really gets under my skin. We’re hearing record revenue numbers in one tab and seeing 'restructuring' notices in another. If anyone in the networking org has seen a pattern in who got hit, please share. Is it just high earners or are they targeting specific projects? I’ve been here six years and I’ve never seen morale this low. Trying to decide if I should start burning my PTO now or hold out for a potential package if a second wave hits in September.
