CFI - Anyone else notice a shift in project scope recently?

Been with CFI for a few years now, and lately, I've been feeling a bit of a change in how projects are being approached. Used to be we'd get these ambitious, large-scale initiatives with clear objectives and decent runways. Now, it feels like everything is being scaled back before it even gets fully approved, or the scope is drastically narrowed mid-stream. Anyone else experiencing this? It's not just one or two projects, it feels like a broader trend across different departments I interact with. Makes it hard to feel motivated when the goalposts keep moving or shrinking. Curious if this is a widespread observation or if I'm just caught in a few specific areas. Also, wondering if this relates to the general feeling of uncertainty some have mentioned.
