CFI - Anyone else seeing a hiring slowdown across the board?

Been at CFI for a few years now, and things usually hum along with new projects and open roles popping up. Lately though, it feels like the brakes have been put on. Job reqs that were active a month ago are suddenly 'on hold,' and when I casually ask about new team openings, the answers are pretty vague. It's not just my department either; I've been chatting with folks in other areas, and they're reporting similar things – fewer new hires, delays in backfills, and just a general sense of 'waiting.' Not sure if it's a strategic pause or something else, but the vibe is definitely different. Anyone else picking up on this? Trying to gauge if this is an industry-wide thing or specific to us.
