CFI - Hiring Slowdown & Budget Cuts?

Seeing a lot of open roles at Citizens that seem to be lingering for weeks, and some positions that were posted recently have already been taken down. Also heard some whispers about potential budget tightening for Q3/Q4. It's not official, of course, but the lack of new postings and the speed at which some are disappearing is a bit concerning. Is anyone else in a department that's seeing hiring freezes or significant slowdowns? Trying to figure out if this is a company-wide trend or just specific divisions. Feels like a different vibe than last year. Anyone have any intel or insights?
