CFI - What's with the 'strategic realignment' talk?

Hearing a lot of buzzwords lately about 'strategic realignment' and 'optimizing our structure' across a few different teams I interact with. It feels like more than just the usual corporate speak. Anyone else's departments getting these vague updates? My manager is being tight-lipped, just saying it's about 'positioning for the future.' It's starting to create some real anxiety. We've been pushed to take on more responsibilities already this year, and now this. Feels like something's brewing, and it's not good.
