Hey everyone, been with CFG for a few years now and things are starting to feel... tense. Not hearing about outright layoffs, but there's definitely a buzz about 'optimizations' and 'streamlining.' My team has had a few meetings that felt like they were tiptoeing around something. Performance reviews just wrapped up, and the feedback was… pointed. A lot of talk about 'efficiency' and 'delivering more with less.' Feels like management is setting the stage for something. Anyone else in different departments picking up on the same undercurrent? Is it just my group, or is this a company-wide feeling? Trying to get a read on the situation without causing panic.

Yeah, I've been picking up on similar vibes. The 'efficiency' talk is constant, and it feels like it's more than just standard business jargon. We've been asked to document processes more thoroughly, which seems to be a precursor to... something. Performance expectations are definitely higher, and the language used in feedback sessions is definitely more direct than usual. It's unsettling, to say the least, and makes you wonder what the end goal is.
