I've definitely experienced this, especially over the last year. It's incredibly frustrating to invest time and energy into something only to have it drastically altered or shelved. It makes planning and execution a nightmare, and frankly, it's starting to erode confidence in leadership's direction. Hoping for more stability soon.
Same here. It feels like a constant state of flux, and it's hard to maintain momentum when priorities keep shifting. I've noticed it impacts morale significantly across different teams. If there's a genuine strategic shift, better communication about the 'why' would at least help us understand and adapt, rather than feeling blindsided.
