Lately, feels like there's a general sense of unease. Heard some chatter in the breakroom about 'future-proofing' the business and 'strategic adjustments.' Usually, that's code for something. Performance reviews are out, and while mine was fine, I've heard some people got blindsided with lower ratings than they expected, especially in teams that historically do well. Seems like there's a disconnect between actual performance and how it's being perceived or evaluated right now. Anyone else picking up on this vibe?
