Citizens Bank - Morale seems to be in the basement

What's going on with morale at Citizens? It feels like people are just going through the motions lately. There's a general air of uncertainty, and you can feel it in the office (or on the calls, for those of us still remote). People are quieter, less collaborative. Lots of speculation about what's next, but no solid info from leadership. Is it just me, or is the vibe really off right now? Feels like a lot of talented people are looking for their next move.

I've definitely felt that shift too. It's tough when there's so much uncertainty floating around. Makes it hard to stay motivated when you don't know what the future holds, or if your hard work is even going to be valued long-term. Hoping for some clear communication soon to put some minds at ease. It's a shame because there are a lot of great people here who clearly care about the company, but this atmosphere is really draining.
