Citizens Bank - 'Optimization' buzzwords everywhere?
1C
0x1cd8…e6e5Lately, I've been hearing a lot of talk about 'optimization' and 'streamlining' from leadership, especially in town halls and internal comms. It feels like a coded way of saying something's up, without actually saying it. It's not specific to any one department, but seems to be a general theme. Is anyone else getting this vibe? Usually, when this language starts popping up, it's a precursor to some kind of 'restructuring' or 'efficiency drive,' which often leads to headcount adjustments down the line. Just trying to gauge the general sentiment and see if others are picking up on the same underlying message. Feels like a lot of corporate jargon to mask potential pain.
