Citizens Bank - Slowdown in internal mobility opportunities?

I've been keeping an eye on internal job postings at Citizens for a while, looking to make a move to a different team or department. It used to be that there were usually a few interesting roles popping up every month. Lately, though, the internal board seems pretty stagnant. There are hardly any new postings, and the ones that are there have been up for a long time. It's making me wonder if they're really not hiring internally, or if maybe they're just not posting roles they're looking to fill. Feels like the internal ladder is a bit stuck right now. Anyone else trying to move around internally and finding it tougher than usual? Is this a sign of something bigger, or just a temporary lull?
