Citizens Financial - Morale & Performance?

Hey everyone, been seeing a lot of chatter on here about other banks. Wondering what the general feeling is at Citizens these days. Performance reviews just wrapped up, and it feels like some departments are doing okay while others are really struggling. Management seems to be pushing for more efficiency, but it's hard to tell if that's a precursor to anything or just standard business talk. Anyone else noticing a split in how things are going? Curious if anyone's heard anything concrete about the upcoming quarter or any strategic shifts that might impact headcount. Just trying to gauge the temperature before things get too quiet.
