I've definitely noticed the same thing. It's like a complete shift in how budgets are being handled. The justification process is lengthy and often requires multiple rounds of revisions. It's impacting team morale and efficiency, for sure. Seems like a company-wide initiative, unfortunately.
Yeah, it's been a struggle here too. The turnaround time for approvals has increased dramatically, and the reasons given are often vague. There's a palpable sense of frustration among the teams who are constantly having to justify even minor purchases.
