Hey everyone, just saw the news about the 175 layoffs at Coca-Cola in Northampton. It's unsettling, to say the least. Even though my specific department wasn't directly hit, you can't help but feel the tension in the air. It makes you question job security, even if you're performing well. I've noticed a dip in team morale overall, and people are definitely more anxious about the future. Anyone else in a similar boat, even if you weren't directly affected? How are you coping with this kind of uncertainty hanging over the company? It’s hard to stay focused when you know there are people who just lost their jobs out of the blue.
