Morale after Coca-Cola's latest cuts?

With the recent news about the 175 layoffs at Coca-Cola in Northampton, I'm curious about the general mood within the company, especially for those who weren't directly impacted. It's hard not to feel a bit uneasy or question your own job security, even if you're in a different department or location. Trust takes a hit, and it's natural to feel a bit demotivated or anxious about what's next. Anyone else feeling this dip in morale? Trying to focus on my work, but it's definitely a challenge when you hear about these kinds of reductions happening.

Yeah, that news hit pretty hard. Even if you're miles away, it's hard not to think about it. Makes you wonder what the bigger picture is and if more changes are coming down the line. Trying to stay positive and just do my job, but it's definitely a cloud hanging over things right now. Hoping for some clarity soon so everyone can feel a bit more settled.
