Northampton layoffs - how are you coping?

Just saw the news about the 175 layoffs at Coca-Cola Northampton. Honestly, it's a gut punch. Even though I wasn't directly affected, the uncertainty is palpable. People are whispering, looking over their shoulders. It's hard to stay focused on your own work when you see colleagues packing up. Makes you question your own job security, even if things seem stable for now. Anyone else in the Beverages division feeling this dread? How are you guys managing the stress and keeping morale up? It feels like a dark cloud over the whole department.
