Struggling to find any motivation to hit my KPIs

Is anyone else finding it literally impossible to care about the quarterly goals right now? Ever since the last round of cuts started circulating, my focus has been non-existent. I sit at my desk, stare at my dashboard, and think, 'Why am I grinding for a company that views my entire department as a spreadsheet optimization?' I used to take pride in the output, but the 'survivor guilt' combined with the constant fear of the next reorg is just draining. I find myself doing the bare minimum just to avoid a PIP, but the passion is completely gone. I see my peers doing the same thing—we’re all just quietly updating our LinkedIn profiles during the downtime. How is everyone else coping with this? Does it get better, or is the culture just permanently shifted to this high-anxiety state?

I feel you. I’ve spent the last four hours staring at a wall while nursing a lukewarm Coke, trying to find a single reason to care about these metrics. When you know you’re just a line item to management, the motivation vanishes. Honestly, the caffeine buzz is the only thing keeping me upright at this point, but it definitely isn't enough to make me hit those arbitrary quarterly targets. At this stage, doing the bare minimum is a form of self-preservation, not laziness.
