Hey all, been with Comcast in the field tech division for about 7 years now. Lately, things have felt... tense. My manager's been cagey in our one-on-ones, and there's been a noticeable slowdown in new project assignments. Heard some chatter from a buddy in another department about potential restructuring, but nothing concrete. Is anyone else in a similar boat, or am I just overthinking things? My entire team is pretty much long-timers, and the thought of losing this job right now would be brutal. Rent ain't cheap, and the market feels pretty saturated for telecom jobs these days. Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide vibe or if it's specific to my area. Any insights would be appreciated, trying not to panic here.
