Anyone else feeling the pressure? Things seem...different.

Hey everyone, been at Comcast for a few years now in [Department, e.g., Engineering/Marketing]. Lately, I've been getting this weird vibe. My team's workload has definitely ramped up, but it feels like we're being asked to do more with less, and there's a general air of 'don't rock the boat.' Projects that seemed like priorities a few months ago are suddenly stalled or scaled back with little explanation. My manager is usually pretty transparent, but even they seem a bit cagey about future roadmaps. I've seen fewer new hires coming on board too, which is a change from the usual buzz. Just wondering if anyone else is picking up on something similar, or if I'm just overthinking it. Feels like a bit of a holding pattern, and honestly, it's making me a little uneasy.
