Comcast: Performance reviews are brutal this year

Just finished my performance review cycle at Comcast and wow, it was rough. It feels like the bar has been raised significantly, and even folks who consistently hit their numbers are finding themselves with 'meets expectations' ratings instead of the usual 'exceeds'. The feedback feels more critical than ever, and there's a real emphasis on 'impact' that's hard to quantify sometimes. It's making me nervous, especially with the general economic climate. Anyone else at Comcast finding the review process particularly tough this cycle? Feels like they're really scrutinizing every little thing, and it's making me wonder about future opportunities within the company.

Yeah, I'm hearing similar things. The 'impact' metric is definitely a buzzword this year, and it feels like a moving target. It's tough when you're putting in solid work and hitting your KPIs, but the goalposts seem to shift. Makes it hard to feel secure, especially with everything else going on. Hoping it's just a temporary adjustment and not a sign of bigger changes to come.
