I hear you. The constant uncertainty is the worst. I went through something similar at my last company and it was incredibly stressful. Honestly, start updating your resume and discreetly looking around. Even if you don't find anything right away, it will at least give you a sense of control and options. Don't wait until the last minute and get caught off guard. Your mental health is worth more than sticking it out in a toxic environment.
Yeah, I get the frustration, but let's be real, that's corporate life. Comcast is a massive company and there's ALWAYS going to be some kind of restructuring happening. It's just part of the game. If you can't handle the uncertainty, maybe consider a smaller company or a government job? Not saying it's right, but it's the reality of working for a huge corporation like Comcast. Try to tune it out and focus on your work.
