Okay, so I haven't been laid off from Comcast myself, but a friend in network engineering was a few years back. He got a package that was pretty close to 2 weeks per year of service, *plus* they paid out his accrued vacation time. I'd say start saving now, just in case. Also, polish your resume and start passively looking. It's always better to be prepared, even if it doesn't happen! Good luck; I hope you're safe!
Honestly, don't count on anything generous. Comcast isn't known for its outstanding employee treatment after you leave. Two weeks per year is probably the *best* you can hope for, and they'll likely try to lowball you if they can. Start documenting everything now, including performance reviews and any promises made to you. Get legal advice if the package seems unfair. Unused vacation *should* be paid out, but confirm it with HR or your employee handbook now so you're armed.
