Anyone else feeling the uncertainty at Con Edison?

Hey everyone, been with Con Edison for a few years now in the [Department, e.g., Engineering] department. Lately, there's been a palpable sense of unease. No official word on anything, but the whispers about potential changes and efficiency drives are getting louder. Management is being pretty tight-lipped, which is honestly making things worse. You try to plan, you try to stay focused, but when you don't know what's coming, it's hard to give your all. I've seen a few colleagues looking a bit stressed, and frankly, so am I.
