Anyone else feeling the unease at Con Edison?

Hey all, posting anonymously because, well, you know how it is. I've been with Con Ed for a while now, and lately, there's just this low hum of anxiety in the air. No official word, no big announcements, but a lot of whispers and a general feeling of 'what's next?' Projects seem to be getting scrutinized more heavily, there's been some restructuring in a few departments, and just generally, the vibe isn't what it used to be. I'm seeing less of the long-term stability that used to be a hallmark of utility companies, especially here. It's making it hard to plan, both personally and professionally.
