I've noticed the same thing. It feels like we're constantly playing whack-a-mole with our workload. One minute it's all hands on deck for Project X, the next it's an emergency with Project Y. It's incredibly frustrating when you can't settle into a task and see it through to completion. I'm starting to wonder if the long-term vision is even clear, or if we're just reacting to whatever crisis is most visible at the moment. It makes planning ahead feel almost futile.
Definitely feeling the shift here too. The constant flux in what's considered 'top priority' is a real drain on morale and productivity. It's tough to get invested in work when you know it might be sidelined next week. I'm worried this constant pivoting is impacting our ability to deliver quality results and could be a sign of underlying issues with how strategic goals are being set or communicated. It's making it hard to feel like we're making real progress.
