Management silence on future direction is deafening

Seriously, what is going on at Con Ed? It feels like we're in a holding pattern, but nobody's telling us what we're holding for. The lack of communication from the top about the company's long-term strategy or any upcoming initiatives is getting pretty frustrating. We're out here doing the work, dealing with infrastructure, keeping the lights on, but there's zero visibility on where the company is headed. Are they planning major projects? Are there budget cuts coming down the pipeline? Or is this just the new normal of corporate silence? It makes it really hard to plan your own career, let alone feel motivated when you have no idea what the endgame is. It feels like we're expected to just keep pushing without any clear direction. Anyone else feeling this lack of transparency? It’s starting to wear thin, and frankly, it’s impacting morale.
