Been with Con Ed for a while now and things feel... weirdly quiet. Usually, there's some buzz about restructuring or departmental shifts, but lately, it's just been crickets. My team hasn't heard anything concrete, but there's this underlying tension that's hard to shake. Performance reviews just wrapped up, and while mine was fine, I've heard whispers about some teams getting less than stellar feedback. It's probably nothing, but that little voice in the back of your head starts wondering. Anyone else picking up on anything unusual, or am I just overthinking things? Feels like everyone's just heads-down waiting for something to happen, good or bad. Just trying to gauge the general sentiment out there.
