Hey everyone. Been at GLW for a few years now, and lately, the vibe has felt... different. Not seeing any official announcements or anything concrete, but there's a definite chill in the air. Meetings feel more rushed, people are a bit more tight-lipped than usual. Some projects seem to be getting scaled back or put on hold indefinitely. I'm in manufacturing and have definitely noticed things slowing down. Production schedules have been adjusted a few times recently, and there's a general feeling of uncertainty about future targets. It's not just isolated incidents; it seems like a broader trend across the plant floor. Trying to stay optimistic, but it's hard when you see fewer resources being allocated to certain lines. Same here, in procurement. We've had more requests for cost-saving measures, and some suppliers are getting more scrutiny than usual. It feels like management is tightening the purse strings across the board. People are definitely more cautious about spending, and there's a palpable sense of 'watchful waiting.' Hoping it's just a temporary dip and not indicative of bigger issues down the line.
