Hey everyone, posting anonymously here. Been with Corning (GLW) for a few years now in one of the manufacturing/operations roles. Lately, things just feel... off. There haven't been any official announcements or anything concrete, but there's a definite buzz in the air. People are being a bit more tight-lipped, project scopes seem to be shrinking, and there's a general sense of uncertainty. I keep hearing whispers about restructuring and efficiency drives, which usually precede something. Anyone else in GLW experiencing this? Wondering if it's just my site or a broader company trend.
