Hey folks, been at GLW for a few years now, primarily in one of the R&D divisions. Lately, the general mood feels... off. There's a lot of quiet chatter, more people seem stressed, and frankly, it feels like things are tightening up. Budgets seem smaller, travel is getting scrutinized more than usual, and there's a general sense of 'wait and see' that's palpable. I haven't heard any concrete layoff news, and my direct team hasn't been impacted, but the underlying anxiety is definitely there. Is anyone else picking up on this?
