Corning (GLW) - Performance Reviews and the Spectre of Layoffs

Been through my performance review cycle at Corning (GLW) recently and it was... intense. More emphasis than ever on 'impact' and 'contribution,' which I get, but the tone felt more critical than usual. Some of my colleagues who usually get solid ratings are suddenly getting 'meets expectations' with a lot of caveats. It’s making me nervous. Combined with the whispers about restructuring I've heard, I'm starting to wonder if these performance reviews are a precursor to something bigger. Are they building a case for why certain roles or people might be 'redundant'? It’s hard not to feel anxious about job security right now. Anyone else experiencing this during their review or seeing similar trends?
