Anyone else feeling the pressure to do more with less?

Hey everyone, posting anonymously here. I've been with Cummins for a few years now, and lately, it feels like the expectations are constantly increasing without a corresponding increase in resources or headcount. My team, for example, has lost a couple of people over the last year, and while management assures us 'efficiency' is the goal, it's starting to feel like we're just expected to absorb those responsibilities. I'm finding myself pulled in multiple directions constantly, and frankly, it's leading to burnout. Is this a company-wide thing, or is it just my department? Anyone else in a similar boat, having to juggle tasks that were previously handled by others? Curious to hear if others are experiencing this push to 'wear multiple hats' more often and how you're coping.
