Anyone else seeing quiet tremors at Cummins?

Just wanted to see if anyone else is picking up on anything, or if it's just my department. Been feeling a bit of a chill in the air lately, you know? Noticing fewer new projects starting up, and some folks are suddenly very quiet about their long-term roles. Heard some whispers about hiring freezes in certain engineering groups, but nothing concrete. Management's been pretty tight-lipped, just the usual 'business as usual' talk. Feels a bit like the calm before a storm, though. Anyone else in the industrials/engine space seeing similar signs, maybe at other companies or specifically within Cummins divisions?

I've noticed a similar vibe in my area too. It's subtle, but definitely there. Project pipelines seem a bit thinner than they were a few months ago, and there's a general sense of people holding their breath. The lack of new initiatives is a definite signal. I'm not hearing anything specific about freezes, but the general quietness and lack of forward-looking discussions are hard to ignore. It's natural to feel a bit uneasy when things feel like they're slowing down, especially with how unpredictable the industry can be.
