Just saw the WARN filing update for the Davidson County location. It looks like 46 people are getting their pink slips effective Jan 31st. The notice was filed back in November, so I’m sure these folks have been waiting for the axe to fall for a while now. It’s brutal to have these lingering dates hanging over everyone's heads. Is anyone on the ground there? I’m curious if this is mostly corporate support or if it’s hitting the technical side of the business again. Every time we hear about 'efficiency initiatives' or 'streamlining,' it seems like the headcount just keeps dropping. It’s getting hard to stay focused when you’re constantly wondering if you’re next on the list. Hope everyone affected gets a decent package, though I know that’s never enough to take the sting out of a mid-winter layoff.

It is honestly exhausting watching the constant cycle of these announcements. At this point, it feels like no department is safe, regardless of whether you are in corporate or technical roles. My heart goes out to those 46 people who have had that January deadline looming over them since November—that kind of prolonged uncertainty is a special kind of cruelty.
