HR and Admin - what's the vibe?

Throwing this out there for anyone in HR, finance, or other administrative roles at Cummins. While the shop floor and engineering seem to be getting a lot of attention (and understandable anxiety), I'm wondering what the mood is like in the corporate support functions. Are there hiring freezes in these areas? Any unusual budget cuts or restructuring happening behind the scenes? Sometimes these roles are the first to feel the pinch when things tighten up, even if it's not directly production-related. I haven't seen any official announcements, but my gut feeling is that even the 'behind the scenes' areas might be impacted.
