Production floor concerns - anyone else noticing shifts?

Hey everyone, posting anonymously here. Been with Cummins for a few years now on the manufacturing side, and lately, things just feel... off. Not hearing any official word, which is almost worse, but there's been a definite slowdown in production line speeds for some units. Overtime has also been scaled back significantly in my plant, and I'm seeing more 'temp' workers being let go than usual. Management is tight-lipped, giving the usual 'optimizing operations' spiel, but it doesn't feel like that. More like we're bracing for something. Anyone else in production, at other plants maybe, seeing similar things? Curious if this is a widespread thing or just my location. Trying to get a sense of the real situation without causing panic.
