Anyone else feeling the pressure at Datadog lately?

Been with DDog for a couple of years now, and things just feel... different. Heard some rumblings about reorgs and a general slowdown in hiring, which is unusual for us. Workload seems to be increasing, and I'm seeing more 'resource constraint' type of conversations happening in project meetings. Is it just me, or is anyone else picking up on a shift in the general atmosphere? Doesn't feel like the hyper-growth energy from a year or two ago. Trying to get a pulse on what's going on internally without making waves. Curious to hear if others are experiencing something similar or if I'm just overthinking it.

Yeah, I've noticed a change too. The pace definitely feels less frantic than it did a year or so back. There's a sense of consolidation, maybe. It's not necessarily bad, just… different. Trying to stay positive and focus on delivering great work, but I definitely feel the need to be more efficient with resources. Hope it's just a temporary phase.

Totally feel you on this. The hyper-growth vibe has definitely cooled down. I've heard the same whispers about hiring freezes and teams being reshuffled. It's a bit unsettling when you're used to constant expansion. Makes you wonder about the long-term strategy. Just trying to keep my head down and keep performing, but the underlying tension is palpable.
