Feeling the churn - anyone else notice increased attrition?

Lurker here, but feeling compelled to post. The past few months have felt… different. I've noticed a lot more people leaving, not just the usual suspects who get poached. It's people from various teams, some who seemed really integrated and happy. We're talking about people who weren't fired, they just resigned. Is it just me, or is there a growing sense of unease that's leading to people looking elsewhere? Management seems to be trying to keep spirits up, but the departures are noticeable. There's been no official word on layoffs or anything major, but this level of voluntary attrition is definitely raising eyebrows. Wondering if others are seeing the same trend and if there's a perceived reason behind it. Maybe the market is just better now and people are jumping ship? Or is there something more specific happening internally that's causing this exodus? Curious to hear if anyone else has observed this and has any thoughts.
