Just wanted to check in with the community. Been seeing a lot of roles posted internally as 'on hold' or 'under review' recently. It's not just my team, I've heard this from a few different departments. Coupled with the general market sentiment and the recent IPO lockup expiry, it's making me a little nervous. Usually, when things are going gangbusters, hiring is aggressive. This feels different. Trying not to jump to conclusions, but the lack of transparency is fueling the speculation. Has anyone directly experienced or heard confirmation about a hiring freeze or significant slowdown? Wondering if this is a sign of a broader strategic shift or just a temporary pause.
