Been at Datadog for a couple of years now, and lately, it feels like the pedal is constantly to the metal. Projects that used to have reasonable timelines are now being pushed through at breakneck speed. My team's workload has definitely increased, and it's starting to feel less like healthy growth and more like stretching resources too thin. Anyone else in other departments feeling this crunch? Wondering if it's just my team or a broader trend. Trying to figure out if this is the new normal or if things might ease up. Feels like a lot of pressure to deliver, and I'm curious if others are seeing the same thing and how they're handling it.

Yeah, I've noticed something similar across the board. It feels like there's a constant push for more, faster, with fewer resources. The excitement of rapid growth is definitely starting to wear thin when it feels like you're perpetually behind and constantly scrambling to meet unrealistic deadlines. It's making it hard to focus on quality and innovation when survival mode is the default.
