Worried about Datadog's direction - anyone else?

Hey everyone, Been at DDOG for a couple of years now, and lately, things feel... off. It's not just one thing, but a collection of observations. We've had a lot of 'reorgs' lately, with different teams being shuffled around. Performance reviews felt a bit harsher this cycle, and I've heard whispers from friends in other departments about 'streamlining' efforts.
