Anyone else getting ghosted after interviews at Dell?

I've been through a couple of interview rounds for a position at Dell over the last month. Things seemed to go really well, got positive feedback after each stage, and was told I'd hear back about the next steps within a week or so. That was about two weeks ago, and I haven't heard anything. I've sent follow-up emails to the recruiter and the hiring manager, but nada. It's frustrating because it feels like a lot of my time has been wasted. I understand that hiring processes can be slow, especially in larger companies, but the complete silence is what's unnerving. Is this a common experience with Dell's recruiting lately? Or is this potentially a sign of budget freezes or impending layoffs that are putting hiring on hold without anyone communicating it? Just trying to gauge if this is a me-problem or a Dell-problem.
