Is it just my department, or is everyone else having their calendars wiped clean of recurring meetings for next month? I’ve been with Dell for a few years now, and normally this time of year is just business as usual, but the amount of 'pending' status meetings appearing on my outlook is honestly making me nervous. My manager has been completely MIA for the last three days and hasn't replied to a single ping on Teams. I know there haven't been any official announcements about another round, but the vibe in the office feels exactly like it did right before the last big reduction. I’m starting to wonder if they’re doing silent cuts through performance management or if there’s a larger wave coming down the pipe. Has anyone heard anything from leadership or is it just the standard Q-end quiet period?
