Dell Hiring Freeze? Seeing fewer open roles and ghosting.

Hey everyone, been with Dell for a few years now in the software engineering side. Lately, I've noticed a serious slowdown in new postings, especially for roles that would normally be filled quickly. My team's been talking about it too. Seems like approvals for new headcount are getting harder to come by. I also applied for an internal transfer a couple of months back and haven't heard a peep, which is super unusual for Dell. Anyone else in other departments seeing the same thing? Is it just a seasonal dip, or is something bigger brewing internally? Feels like the company might be pulling back on expansion.
