Yeah, I've seen those articles too. The 'efficiency improvements' buzzword is definitely a red flag. My department hasn't had any direct conversations about layoffs, but there's a definite undercurrent of anxiety. People are keeping their heads down and trying not to draw attention. It's hard to know what's really going on when official channels are silent, but the sheer volume of online chatter is concerning. Hopefully, it's just industry-wide speculation and not something specific to Dell that we're not being told about yet.
