With all the layoffs happening across other major tech players, it feels a bit strange that Dell hasn't made any big waves yet. I know they've done some smaller reorganizations and talent assessments in the past, but this seems like a different beast globally. Trying to decide if this is a sign of underlying strength, or if they're just waiting for the right moment to drop the hammer. Anyone in a critical business unit or a specific division that might be more exposed? I'm not looking for gossip, but genuine observations about operational changes or strategic shifts that might hint at future workforce adjustments. Dell's been pretty steady, and I haven't heard anything concrete about major cuts impacting my team. We've had some minor shifts, but nothing like the scale some other companies are talking about. It's possible their business model or current projects are just in a different phase, making them less susceptible right now. Or maybe they're just better at managing things internally without the public spectacle. Hard to say definitively without inside info, but it's definitely a topic of discussion internally.
