Morale seems lower than usual. Anyone else feel it?

I'm not sure if it's just me or if others are feeling it too, but the general vibe around Dell seems a bit off lately. Performance reviews just wrapped up, and while I know there are always some tough conversations, it feels like there's more anxiety in the air than usual. People are being a bit more quiet in meetings, and there's less of that usual collaborative energy. It's hard to pinpoint, but it feels like a lot of us are bracing for something, even though there's no official word. Just wanted to see if anyone else is picking up on this shift or if I'm overthinking things. Curious to hear what others are experiencing.

I'm picking up on the same thing. It's definitely a palpable shift. The quietness in team meetings and the general air of apprehension are hard to ignore. Performance reviews can always be stressful, but this feels different, like there's an underlying current of uncertainty that's making people more guarded. Hoping things improve soon and we can get back to a more positive atmosphere.

Totally feel that. It's not just you. There's a definite mood shift going around. Even casual conversations feel a bit more reserved lately. I've noticed people holding back a bit more, maybe thinking twice about speaking up. It's a strange atmosphere, and I'm curious to see how things play out, but I agree, the energy isn't what it usually is.
